Richmond House surgery, a four-storey period building located at 26 Brunswick Street, Teignmouth, Devon is to be sold at auction in London on February 20th by Network Auctions with a guide of £185,000+.
The former surgery, which closed when two Teignmouth GP surgeries amalgamated to create the new Teignmouth medical group, is expected to attract interest from investors and developers keen to be part of the regeneration plans.
