NAVA is the independent professional body for the auctioneering and valuation industry. NAVA promotes high professional standards, its members are required to operate in a transparent way and provide services which are subject to independent scrutiny. All NAVA member companies have a written complaints procedure and belong to an independent redress scheme, commonly known as an ombudsman, which ensures fair and thorough regulation.
