Description/Location

Situated to the south of the town centre and south west of Whitefriars Road. The site as a whole was granted planning permission for 20 houses by Kings Lynn & West Norfolk Council on 2nd January 2007 (planning ref no. 06/02684/FM). A compulsory purchase order (CPO) was placed on the site as part of the proposed Marina development in Kings Lynn. The CPO was subsequently withdrawn in 2009 as the council decided to put the marina development on hold. The site was sub divided into numerous plots of which approximately two thirds have been sold and it is the remainder of the site which is being offered.
